Delete your Journly account

Deleting your account permanently removes your journal entries, photos, and profile. This cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Journly and sign in.
2. Go to More.
3. Tap Personal details.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deleted data is removed within 30 days. Secure backups may keep it for up to 90 days.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@journly.app from the address on the account, and ask us to delete it. You can also use the contact form. We respond within 30 days.
